There are two rooms, one a family room which has a double bed and two single beds, and a private bathroom next to the room.
The other is either twin bedded or double and has ensuite facilities.
Both rooms have antique furniture and also TV, radio and tea and coffee making facilities.
A cot can be provided
Dogs are welcome
Breakfast is served in a pretty conservatory overlooking the back garden.
The breakfast consists of full english, continental, with fresh fruit, yoghurt cereals and fruit juice.
The back of the House is believed to be the original and has a private secluded mature garden.
A large green lawn is flanked by colourful roses,
lavender, flowers, large magnolia tree and high fir trees.
Antony has a studio at the bottom of the garden.
There is a high wall in the garden which may well have been part of stabling.
Old Bell House is situated in Henley-on-Thames.
Henley Royal Regatta, which is a famous international rowing event, takes place at the beginning of July.
The house is within 3 mins walk of the Thames river. There are lovely walks from the house either up into Chiltern Hills or along the river.
The cinema, theatre, Phyllis Court Club and Leander Club are within walking distance. Stonor Park and Greys Court are both nearby and worth visiting.
The house is situated very close to the many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and a variety of pubs catering for a cosmopolitan taste.
